Dr. Stephen Legate is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Salem and Boston community.

Stephen Legate D.C. is an honors graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and a former Principal Dancer with the San Francisco Ballet for 15 years. It was during his 21 year professional career that he became enamoured with Chiropractic after experiencing many injuries and realizing that it was Chiropractic care that achieved the greatest results. Upon retiring from the stage, Dr. Legate applied himself wholeheartedly to the goal of learning Chiropractic so that he might share his experience with the human body as a performance instrument to serve others. His philosophy is simple, "I seek to give exactly the kind of care I like to get!".

Dr. Legate has many recreational interests including cycling, golf, and off-road motorcycling and has competed successfully at the amateur level including the 2009 Baja 500 class championship and finishing sixth in the 2010 Baja 1000. Look for Recreation Chiropractic at local events in the New England area where mobile care for athletes will be available.

Dr. Legate lives in Marblehead, MA with his wife Evelyn Cisneros-Legate and two children Ethan and Sophia.
